Rules of Play and Terms & Conditions

We want everyone to be safe and have a great time at Harry’s!
To ensure this we have some rules of play, and terms and conditions as follows:

Rules of Play

 1. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

2. We have three different, age-appropriate play zones for children to enjoy at Harry’s.
These are clearly marked within Harry’s Play Centre.

3. For the safety of your children and others, please ensure your child does not:

• Climb up the main slide or chutes

• Play in front of the slide/chute exits.

• Climb on the netted walls or on top of any of the main structure.

4. Shoes must be removed before entering the play area, and socks must be worn at all

times.

5. Children playing at Harry’s must either be toilet trained or wearing a nappy.

6. All badges, jewellery and non-stud earrings must be removed before playing.

Glasses or spectacles are only permitted when playing if they are used with a retainer

and shatter-proof lenses.

7. Nappy changing is only permitted in the provided nappy-changing room next to Harry’s

Play Centre’s entrance.

8. Smoking, including vapes, is not allowed in Harry’s Play Centre or the YMCA building.

9. Food, drink or chewing gum must not be taken into the play areas. Chewing gum must

be disposed of before entering Harry’s Play Centre.

10. Only food or drink purchased at Harry’s Play Centre may be consumed on the

premises.

11. Be kind and have lots of fun!

 

Terms and Conditions

1. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Harry’s Play Centre does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.

2. All children and adults must adhere to our “Rules Of Play”.

3. Children who are unwell should not enter Harry’s Play Centre.

4. Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated. Harry’s Play Centre’s management reserves the right to cancel admission, and refuse admission in the future, as deemed necessary. Please report any behavioural concerns to a member of staff.

5. Parents and guardians are responsible for the behaviour and wellbeing of the child(ren) in their care, and must supervise them at all times.

6. Please report any accidents to a member of staff so that we may provide first aid if necessary, and minimise the potential of reoccurrence.

7. Please report any damage to play equipment to a member of staff.

8. Only food purchased at Harry’s Play Centre may be consumed on the premises.

9. Play sessions are 1.5 hours in duration, although we are flexible with this; we just ask

that parents are mindful of this during busy times.

10. Harry’s Play Centre’s management reserves the right to refuse admission, or cancel an

existing admission, at any time, if it is deemed in the interest of health and safety, and

the general wellbeing and enjoyment of customers and staff.

Parties (in conjunction with the above terms and conditions):
We offer two types of party package:

Option 1 (minimum of 10 children):
Includes:

 • A personalised e-invitation

• A two hour play

• Scrumptious party food including ice-cream and unlimited juice

• Party bags

• A visit from Harry!

Option 2 (minimum of 15 children):
Includes:

 • Exclusive use of Harry’s Play Centre for your party, for two hours

• A personalised e-invitation

• A two hour play

• Scrumptious party food including ice-cream and unlimited juice

• Party bags

• A visit from Harry!

Harry’s café is open throughout.

1. For Option 1, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required.

2. For Option 2, a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required.

3. The final payment balance for parties is due on the day of the party.

4. Please provide final numbers at least 5 days before the party date.

5. As indicated on your personalised e-invitations, please ensure

you inform us of any food allergies or intolerances for any guest,

prior to your party.

6. Any additional children attending your party, that you haven’t notified us of when

providing final numbers, will be added to the party fee at the normal rate.

7. Children accompanying party guests who are not invitees must

be paid for in full at the normal admission price.
